Go bananas

I love banana bread. Fact.

Here's my creation, from this foolproof recipe. I'm no Mary Berry, but this turns out a treat every time.

I've also used the same mixture in cupcake cases to make banana muffins, baked at 180 degrees, for 20 minutes in a fan oven.
